For seniors I like to do multiple locations giving the client a variety of looks. I like to see the clothing to get an idea of where to shoot, I like to find new locations to make each one unique. Family sessions will typically take place at a predetermined location, depending on the look that you're wanting to achieve, normally one or two locations.

Where will my session take place?

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Absolutely! We love to travel and document weddings held outside of California. Please do not hesitate to inquire about travel fees.

Do you offer the CD of edited images?

YES, all of my wedding packages include a custom CD case with your images. I do also offer the CD with portrait and engagement sessions for an extra fee. When you purchase the CD you have the "rights" to your images.

How many images do you show in the gallery?

It all depends on the amount of time we are photographing. Usually a full day wedding coverage produces between 500-800 images. Portrait and engagement sessions approximately 60-100 images. Many times more images because there are so many great shots!!

You can expect to preview your images on a private online gallery within eight to twelve weeks following your wedding day. The editing process takes the most time, and it is of the utmost importance to me that your images look amazing. For portrait and engagement sessions your images are available to view between two and three weeks.

How long will it take to get our photos?

How many outfits should we wear to our engagement session?

Normally couples wear two to three different outfits. Sometimes it's overwhelming deciding on one, let alone three. Start with a dressier outfit for both of you with coordinating and complimentary colors. Your second outfits can be casual and fun, what you both feel comfortable wearing every day. Then if you decide to wear a third outfit, it can be an outfit of your choice. Maybe outfits to compliment a specific location or somewhere you both love to go together. Remember layered clothing, interesting textures, scarves and boots always look great!

What do we wear to a family session?

Clothing choices are a VERY important part of preparing for your session. It is best to have everyone in similar color tones. Look for complimentary colors, not identical outfits, and add accessories to complete the whole look. Solid colors are a classic choice. Bold colors and patterns can often be fun. Layering clothing with any kind of texture will provide the most interest and depth to your images.

What is your style of photography?

If I were to define our style I'd have to say it is fresh and fun. I really don't think of us as having one specific style. I feel the greatest quality of our photography is the ability to try something new, be creative and look at the subject differently from the norm. We enjoy candid moments and always strive to capture true life, natural expressions and joyful moments.
